SFU Summer Softball Camps

Hello VFA Families! We wanted to share this summer opportunity available from Simon Fraser University:
 

Hello Vancouver Softball! We have space available in our Summer Camps coming up in July and August at Beedie Field.   Youth Softball Camp   The Youth Softball Camp is intended to be an opportunity for all softball players aged 7-12 to improve their skills in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment, while being coached by SFU coaches and players. This 4- (or 5-) day camp will focus on all areas of the game including hitting, throwing, fielding, and base running. We will incorporate many other activities that will make the week enjoyable for all, including games, competitions, and sliding practice! If you want to participate in a week of FUNdamentals, this is the camp for you!   Week 1: Monday, July 14 – Friday, July 18 Time: 8:30AM – 3:30PM Daily Cost: $375   Week 2: Monday, July 21 – Friday, July 25  Time: 8:30AM – 3:30PM Daily Cost: $325   Week 3: Tuesday, August 5 – Friday, August 8 Time: 8:30AM – 3:30PM Daily Cost: $375   Register Here   Advanced Skills Softball Camp   New this year, we are also offering an Advanced Skills Softball Camp for ages 12-16 designed to help experienced softball players elevate their game through skill development and high-level training. Led by SFU coaches and student-athletes, this week-long camp provides an opportunity to refine both offensive and defensive skills in a fun and supportive environment. Athletes will receive instruction on fundamentals, participate in scrimmages, and experience game-like reps similar to SFU's own training sessions.
