U13B Lower Mainland Cup Tournament

- Tournament Dates: Weekend prior to Canada Day (June 26th to 28th, 2026)(1)
- Locations: Trafalgar Park & Carnarvon Park, Vancouver, BC
Details:
- Two U13B age divisions to participate – 2013 & 2014
- A unique tournament in which each respective birth year plays each other
- Maximum 12 teams: six 2013 teams and six 2014 teams
- Teams that have a mix of 2013 and 2014 players will be considered 2013 teams
- Minimum 5 games total
- Fun, low-key tournament
- Registration fee: $500
Registration procedure:
- Please send a request to be in the tournament to lmc.vfa@gmail.com prior to December 31. Please include your team name including City, Softball Association; birth year of team (any team with any 2013 players will be deemed a 2013 team); and name and e-mail of team contact.
- The Tournament Director will contact all the teams the first week of January to confirm status for the tournament.
- If the tournament is oversubscribed, teams will be drawn for inclusion and those not drawn will be placed on a waitlist.
Tournament Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be received in writing via email to lmc.vfa@gmail.com
- Teams that cancel out of the tournament more than ninety (90) days before the start of the event will be issued a refund for the registration fee, less a $75 administration fee.
- Teams that cancel less than ninety (90) days prior to the event will forfeit their entire entry fee. No exceptions.
NOTE:
(1) Tournament dates are tentative. Final dates will be finalized after December 3, 2025.
